Perhaps Strome should earn it. He's been given alot of chances and is just failing out. Its not like hes being picked on. Lots of other youngsters stepped up and earned the right to play. |

I agree on Strome. I understood it last year because he looked behind the curve, but this year he has looked great.
I disagree with the thought that Domi and Duclair struggled and now are soaring and that’s Tochetts/Tippetts fault. Both are shooting over 20% and will crash back to earth soon enough and be right on track with their normal projections...which is to say that sure they are both good NHL players, but by no means are the elite team leading players that they appear to be right now.
If we do trade Strome, it better be for an elite goal scoring wing or a top 4 RHD. Maybe part of a Trouba trade? Debrincat +? Zucker? |

maybe Coyotes see how much these young players cost these days when they play well, so you limit their upside on the scoresheet, sign them to a long term team-friendly deal, then give them the line mates and ice time they need to really light it up and then it's like wow, what a great contract! |

Arizona and Flyers would make a good trading partner. Arizona needs scoring and Philly needs PK and defense.
Ok Tanner, what ya offer and what ya want? |

The mistake many make is thinking if you give a young player more ice time, he'll continue to produce at the same rate in terms of the team stats when he is on the ice. Not always the case.
Mr. Tanner, what is your opinion of Galchenyuk's 45.36 CF%? |
|
|
|
You think Galchenyuk "will" be the better player. Judging by previous comments I assumed he already was miles ahead of Max. My goodness man, thankfully your not a talent evaluator. To accept your take one would have to believe you know more about who's capable of what on the Coyotes than Mr. Tocchet. That is at best mildly amusing. At worst, hilarious. Arizona is what we thought they were. |

I watched this kid for many years
Saw him play a ton of hockey...on any other well managed team he would get 50+ points and plays on top line
Trade him for pennies on the dollar - seems like a pattern for this management group is giving up too early on young players
***Wonder if Mike Milbury is up there hiding in the offices

Please clarify how you think Galchenyuk will be the better player then Domi?
Galchenyuk's best season was 2015/16 when he had 56 points
Domi's best year was also 2015/16 when he had 52 points
Domi is a year younger, makes almost 2 million less, And is a more complete player
Galchenyuk is at 46.7 cf%(2nd worst on the team behind only archibald) despite being the highest "O" zone % forward on his team.
Domi is crushing it this year. It is most likely unsustainable. However there is absolutely no proof other then your opinion/pride that Galchenyuk is/or will be the better player. |

Hey Tanner. Maybe, just maybe, those advanced stats you use instead of watching the games are flawed? Maybe. Strome has always looked good in junior because of his size. His skating is not the best and he has an entitled lazy streak. |

A guy with 15 career points deserves better line mates? 👀

His opinion is that Galchenyuk rules, and Domi drools. Until the opposite is proven true, and then he will tell you that he told you all along. Just an incredible, and unrealistic dumbass, really. |

In a hypothetical situation with Domi still on his team and someone would suggest that they trade Domi for Galchenyuk with his current CF%, he'd go ballistic and tell you that Galchenyuk stinks!
